AUTHORS OF TECHNICAL PAPERS
To be published in the IEEE WCNC 2015 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full or limited (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event who is qualified both to present and answer questions.  Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper.  For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 papers.  Accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore®.

Main Conference Authors must register by  5 January 2015.
 
WORKSHOP AUTHORS
To be published in the IEEE WCNC 2015 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the workshop that their paper is in.  at the appropriate rat listed below.  The paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the workshop unless the IEEE WCNC TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event who is qualified both to present and answer questions.  Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper.  For authors with multiple accepted papers, one workshop registration is valid for up to 3 papers.  Accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore®.  If you also have a paper in the main confernce you must register for both the conference and the workshop. 

Workshop Authors must register by 10 January 2015.

Registration Transfer Policy
All requests for registration transfers must be submitted via email to WCNCreg@ieee.org  and received by Monday 23 February 2015. A $75 processing fee will be charged.

Cancellation Policy 
All refund/cancellation requests must be submitted by23 February 2015. Cancellations will incur a US$100 administrative fee.  No refunds can be provided after this date. Please submit cancellation requests via email to WCNCreg@ieee.org.
